Being obsessed with all facets of music, Duco has forever pushed himself to make that new sound matched with lyrics that are unique to his brand.
Growing up as a kid, for particular reasons, he seemed to have a lot of interest in computing. He initially conjured his name as his hacktivist alias users handle.
All of his close mates we're also one way or another well acquainted with there own talent.
Many would appear in CD's such as Tastes Like Chicken: The Fourth Hatchling - To the People On The Streets. If not well versed young hip hop artists, they where in one way or another part of 'the crew'.
The streets, places and people Duco ended up becoming close to are what brought his change of view from his younger, more aggressive tracks, to his more viable lyrics.
"Being in a large family with plenty of mouths to feed was hard for our Mum, she done it all on her own. When my only blood Brother got done over, I went AWOL... Yeah, things were bad, but that was life back then..."
Predominantly, busting a fat lyric was always his prime concern.
After experiencing many of life's trauma's he still pushed on. Then something big happened...
"I just came home, and there she was, all on the ground with blue lips completely lifeless..."At a very young, and unfortunate age, Duco stood at the side of his dying girlfriend who, unknowing to him, was suffering from dehydration due to excessive alcohol consumption and being unconscious lying in the hot Australian Summer weather since early morning.
His attempts to regain her consciousness where all in vain as her life continued to slip through his fingers.
He made his first call to the paramedics, while he helplessly waited for that help to arrive, he called her parents. Yet, when the needed help would arrive, in the end, it felt like that's what took her away.
"They said they just took her home and threw her in the shower.... I was so angry.... I literally said, you're her parents I called you after I called the Ambulance.... You cracked a fit and said to cancel the Ambulance.... You said you would save her!..."Losing his partner, Duco then had to bear all the grievances that came from the entire experience. As he does, Duco took it on the chin and strived to push forward.
It wasn't long until life was to deal him his big plus, amidst the sea of negativity.
After surviving what he had been forced to endure, while out of home and sleeping at a bus shelter, he met his now partner and wife, and had there family together.
"I knew from the moment I seen her, she was the one. I could already see her holding my oldest son in her arms, even at that age... I just knew she was right for me... To this day I can't see what she seen in me, all I had at the time was a bus stop chair that I sleeping on"Duco is a very caring compassionate and dedicated person. Whomever and Wherever he goes, he always pushes to put the honest and integral foot forward.
"Life's way of doing things is filled with obstacles and with most of em you can get help from somewhere. When you want to lose weight there is a fitness person you can go to (trainer). When you're addicted to something, you also have a place you can go. But when you're hurting inside and you just can't talk about it, you have no-one. It's for those people I would like to be there someone, there confide, that inner voice that helps them heal. The voice they have been needing to hear for all to long..."
